1. Overview
At Shraxellaovon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VITA-Balance. This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds, including your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website shraxellaovon.ddd.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
2.1 Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and its implementation in German law (§ 355 BGB).
2.2 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2.3 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
If you withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
3.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier
3.3 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3.4 Return Shipping
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3.5 Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and § 312g(2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
For sealed products (such as dietary supplements in sealed bottles), once the seal has been broken, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Please ensure the product seal is intact if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
5.1 Statutory Warranty
Under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB), you have statutory warranty rights if a product is defective. A product is defective if it does not have the agreed quality, is not fit for the purpose specified in the contract, or does not have the quality and features that are customary for products of the same type.
5.2 Warranty Period
The statutory warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery. For defects that become apparent within the first year, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery.
5.3 Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at managers@shraxellaovon.world
- Keep all packaging materials and the damaged product
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact us at managers@shraxellaovon.world with your order number and reason for return
- Step 2: Receive return instructions and (if applicable) a return authorization number
- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
- Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions
- Step 5: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
Please keep proof of shipping (tracking number) as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

8. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
